STUDENTS SAFETY GUIDELINES
Students must confirm the following guidelines before the driving lesson.
- Student has no symptoms of being sick (e.g. coughing, sneezing, fever) in the last 14 days, and no-one in their household has shown symptoms during that same period. The instructor may have to take student’s temperature if needed to make sure that they don’t have an elevated temperature.
- Student must wear a clean, comfortable, and breathable mask during the 2 hour training. The school expects that the student has practiced wearing a mask while driving or riding as a passenger in the days leading up to the driving lesson. This is to ensure that it isn’t an unfamiliar distraction while driving and that it does not limit their field of vision. This is particularly important if the student wears glasses, as they will need to practice wearing a mask so that it doesn’t fog up their eye glasses.
- Student should practice and maintain good hand washing and overall hygiene.
